RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

 

A small deposit is taken to secure the time slot.

Our consultation fee is non-refundable, but if you choose to proceed with a treatment, the consultation fee will be deducted from the chosen service. We advise all our patients to have a consultation first to better cater to our patients' expectations, needs and evaluation of suitability.

We require a rescheduling or cancellation notice of at least 24 hours. Failure to inform us will result in forfeiture of deposit. For cancellations or rescheduling queries within the notice period, please message or Whatsapp us at +44 7849 990 667, or by email at info@eskeen.co.uk.
